It Changed my Life

I have been teaching yoga for eleven years...and qi gong for eight years. And, once upon a time, I even got to teach both on cruises. I was very lucky. The above photo is from one such cruise.

No matter what or where, at the end of each class, when everyone is comfortable and feeling rebalanced and renewed, revitalized and relaxed, I always think to myself--I wish EVERYONE could feel this good. I wish everyone could get to this place, simply and easily, where their heart, mind and body were in alignment and at ease.

I've come to think of of practicing yoga and "playing" qi gong as we say--as a way of life. Honestly, these practices changed my life, which is why I am so enthusiastic to bring them to everyone.

A mind/body exercise and a moving meditation. Feeling good no matter what is going on. Something you can do forever. Truly forever. You can do both in a chair if you wanted to.

This week I am teaching qi gong in Bloomington on Sunday May 4 at 5PM. The class will be followed by a sound bath that my friend and fellow coach, Dorothy Inez, will be creating. If you ever wanted to be "in the room" instead of following online, this is a great opportunity.

Here is the eventbrite link if you'd like to join. If you want to know more or have any questions, send me a message. I'd love to see you there, IN REAL LIFE.

xo Coach Karen :))
