You are Invited: Monday March 31

I have three questions for you that will determine whether this invitation is for you or not.

1) How are feeling physically?

If you feel great, sleep great, eat when you are hungry, stop when you are satisfied, have good energy and a sense of vitality, no injuries, then check the box--your body is in good shape.

2) How are you thinking?

There are thousands of thoughts that run and trample through your mind every day. They come in and out so quickly you might not notice how often your mind says "squirrel" like a dog getting motion activated. No, I am not comparing your mind to a dog! The question is--are most of your thousands of thoughts helpful or not? If you are ruminating over unhelpful thoughts like--I'll never get this done. I can't even start. It's too hard. It takes too long. I wish I didn't do/say that .... yesterday or last week or last year...then those unhelpful thoughts are costing you dearly.

Can you focus on your tasks at hand? Can you dismiss unhelpful thoughts and redirect at will? If you can do this mostly right most of the time, then your mind is in good shape.

3) Are you getting what you want from life?

In other words, are you fulfilled? It doesn't have to be 100%, but are you mostly pleased with your pursuits--like hobbies, quality of relationships, job/hobby job/volunteer job? Do you feel a sense of purpose in your days? Do you feel that you matter? This is what makes your heart happy. If yes, mostly, then great.

There is no perfection in this game called LIFE. We are all living it imperfectly like every other human being. However, barring a crisis (family illness/death, major life transition, diagnosis, move) you can expect wholeheartedly to be feeling like your life matters through your sense of purpose and pursuit, belonging and connecting to the things, people, places and causes that you care about. Yes, this is true.

I'm hearing that this IS not the case for a lot of people for all kinds of reasons. The struggle is real. I know you are sick of hearing about how my meniscus root repair surgery took ME DOWN almost two years ago. I couldn't answer YES to any of the questions above. For a LONG time. So, it is also NORMAL and predictable to arrive at some points in life when things are not working out at all the way you had expected or hoped.

But you don't have to stay stuck.

For this reason, I created a free, 90 minute interactive coaching session that speaks to this topic--of being in a place you don't particularly like--and creating three actionable steps to get to a place you do like.

Clarity. Sense of purpose. Feeling seen, heard and understood. Knowing you are not alone in this. Finding a path forward in simple, actionable ways.

If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, then join me. Please share with your friends or someone who might benefit from this experience.

What to do in the meantime? Honor yourself. Honor the moment that is NOW and not forever that says this isn't what I had in mind. Know that you are in between here and there.

Show up on camera. Bring a pen and your journal. Bring a sense of curiosity. I will take care of the rest. Humor is included. ;)

Send me a message beforehand, if you like, letting me know what you want to focus on. It's confidential. Ask me any other questions beforehand as well.

Hope to see you Monday March 31 at 6PM EST on Zoom. Here is the link.

I am keeping you close and cheering you.

xo Coach Karen :))
