You Can Be Yourself...Always

Writer: Karen AstromskyKaren Astromsky

I've written and done videos about this before, but geez, it keeps coming up in all kinds of ways. I was speaking at an FB Live event yesterday about this very thing...dunh dunh dunh duuuuu...

Imposter syndrome--the psychological pattern in which people doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent and often internalized fear of being exposed as a fraud.

The fact is--the more successful you are, the more likely you are to suffer from this. Perfectionism plays a part in it. That black and white thinking strikes again, and it keeps us down. We don't show up as ourselves and speak our piece (peace) and share our thoughts because we fear they might not be good enough. Good enough for whom? How much of life have you missed out on because you were too scared to speak up or show up? I am thinking myself....

So, let's move on from all that, and check out this FB Live conversation and meet two of my best mentors, Kirsten and Jeanne who ask the questions people want to know the answers to!

Pay close attention, because I give you very specific, easy, doable, do-it-now tips on how to stamp out this waste of time so you can get on with your precious life. Bonus extra credit from the universe if you take me up on it!
